Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join GBR Group, the high-growth parent company behind our leading beauty brand, KITSUI. This crucial role serves as the financial steward of the company, responsible for the end-to-end management of full sets of accounts, leveraging our ERP systems to drive financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting Mastery : Efficiently manage the full spectrum of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and meticulous bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Cash Flow Oversight : Proactively monitor and manage daily cash flow, petty cash funds, and critical bank transactions.
• Revenue Cycle Management : Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, process payments efficiently, and execute diligent collection follow‑ups.
• Strategic Support : Assist in the annual budgeting cycle, contribute to financial forecasting, and actively participate in cost control initiatives.
• Compliance & Audit Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary, ensuring all required documentation is handled professionally.
• Regulatory Adherence : Guarantee strict compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS / FRS), company policies, and relevant tax regulations (e.g., SST submissions).
• System Integrity : Maintain and manage accurate financial records and documentation within the designated ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
