Human Resources Junior Executive

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
• Conduct interviews with potential new employees and complete the hiring processes.
• Form and implement effective appraisal systems and performance management plans.
• Maintain a positive connection with the staff and monitor and resolve employee complaints if any.
• Manage the department budgets, like hiring budgets and other related financials.
• Follow the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
• Stay compliant with the state, federal, or local labour laws.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures according to the company’s objectives.
• Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
• Plan and implement programs to drive employee performance and organizational success.
