Policy Admin Executive (Employee Benefits)

• New client onboarding (incl. company setup, benefit setup, member data import, client logins, app access setup, card printing)
• Account maintenance, renewal, termination (incl. member data reconciliation, member data clean up, update or re-creation of benefit schemes)
• Query & Escalation management from insurers, client HRs, members
• Create benefit utilization adjustments for direct and insurer accounts
• Ad-hoc physical card printing
• UAT setup and testing for new business
• Data entry of medical chits submitted from clinics into the enrolment portal
• Any other duties as assigned
