We are a Bumiputera-owned interior design and build company, specializing in hospitality, office, and commercial projects. Based in Prima Sri Gombak, Batu Caves, Selangor. We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Architecture / Interior Design, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.

Proven track record in leading interior design or construction projects.

Strong business acumen, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to forecast and prepare project report for KPI’s.

Responsibilities :

To Manage and control overall company operation. (Include Marketing & Advertising, Cashflow, etc.).

Provide strategic direction and leadership for company growth and profitability.

Oversee company operations, business development, and client relationships.

Set performance goals and ensure alignment with corporate vision and objectives.

Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost efficiency.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Lead organizational development, innovation, and brand positioning in the design & build industry.
