Strategic Operations & Integration Manager
Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Provide strong and inspiring leadership to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and organizational excellence.
- Establish, review, and develop policies, SOPs, and operational strategies across all departments.
- Support HODs in setting departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Work closely with the Directors to align operations with company values, mission, and strategic plans.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee and monitor server storage systems, data backups, and IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and compliance.
- Liaise with IT service providers and technical teams to resolve issues, optimize performance, and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure regular technical performance reviews, maintenance schedules, and system upgrade planning.
- Manage inventory control, warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics processes.
- Supervise receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor stock movement, minimize discrepancies, and optimize space utilization.
- Implement best practices for warehouse safety, security, and workflow optimization.
- Lead and supervise the operations and sales teams, ensuring delivery of key operational metrics and sales targets.
- Proactively maintain engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations.
- Monitor salesperson activities, including daily / weekly / monthly sales planning, collection tracking, and sell-through reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure alignment between sales performance and company objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing activities for selected departments.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents (supplier agreements, customer credit forms, etc.) are filed and compliant.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance in alignment with ISO standards, KPIs, and SOP timelines.
- Lead regular management meetings to review progress and coordinate cross departmental communication.
Qualifications
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management, with exposure to technical and warehouse environments.Understanding of IT infrastructure, server storage systems, and backup solutions.Proven experience in inventory, logistics, and warehouse management.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Knowledge of ISO standards, RMA processes, and operational compliance is an advantage.Willingness to work onsite in Klang and travel occasionally to other branches.Seniority level
