Job Description

Responsibilities

• IT Support : Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• IT Operations : Assist in the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including monitoring systems, performing backups, and maintaining documentation.
• Project Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Vendor Liaison : Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Compliance and Governance : Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communication : Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT team members and end-users, to ensure effective communication and resolution of IT-related issues.
