Plan, execute, and optimize daily platform content and activities to increase user engagement and retention
Write platform announcements, event copy, FAQs, and other operational content to ensure accuracy and a consistent style
Coordinate with product, design, and customer service teams to implement operational requirements and optimize processes
Conduct regular data analysis and collect user feedback to produce operation reports and improvement suggestions
Establish and improve platform operation SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and standardize team collaboration
Monitor user trends and market dynamics to plan interactive content or feature-guided activities
Assist in community building, user segmentation management, and loyalty program development
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited; preferred fields include journalism, communications, Mandarin, English, marketing. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
Over 2 years of experience in platform operations, content operations, user operations, or related fields; experience with internet products preferred
Strong writing skills, clear logic, and the ability to produce engaging content
Proficient in both Mandarin and English communication
Detail-oriented, responsible, with good time management and execution skills
Familiar with content management, community interaction, and operation data analysis workflows
Skilled in using Office software and form tools with basic data processing ability
Familiar with platform activity planning, user guidance, and online user growth mechanisms preferred
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, X, web3.0, gaming, or esports platform operations is a plus
