Our client is a leading multinational provider of mineral solutioning products, serving a wide range of industries including ceramics, construction, and polymers . The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across Malaysia. The ideal candidate is a natural pusher / driver who thrives on achieving results, developing strong customer relationships, and exploring new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the ceramics, construction, and polymers sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer accounts.
Collaborate with technical and product development teams to provide tailored solutions for customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

About You

Proven track record in sales or business development within minerals, chemicals, or related industries .

Strong “hunter” mindset – self-driven, resilient, and results-focused.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering is highly advantageous.

Ability to travel within the region as required.

Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
