Job Overview :
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in Malay and English to join our team on a 2-month contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, with the possibility of extension to a long-term contract depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements :
Proficiency in both Malay and English (spoken and written).Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma is an added advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns with patience.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and data entry).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Working Hours & Benefits :
