Job description2–4 years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, event sales, or business development Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Proven ability to work independently, prioritize outcomes, and hit targets Strong communication, networking, and digital research skills Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot) Bonus : Prior exposure to events, hospitality, or F&B industry Unlimited leave Holiday Allowance Medical / Dental Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Activation – Independently scout, source, and qualify event leads through digital platforms, outbound reach, partnerships, listings, and creative methods.
- Lead Generation & Activation – Build, manage, and grow a sustainable pipeline of leads for conversion by the sales team.
- Lead Generation & Activation – Execute and refine lead generation campaigns, referral drives, and lead magnets.
- Sales Handoff & Tracking – Ensure smooth transfer of qualified leads to the sales team with complete lead data and briefing.
- Sales Handoff & Tracking – Track conversion success and continuously improve lead quality.
- Team & Strategy Support – Assist Head of Events in scaling workforce capabilities including coordination and productivity systems.
- Team & Strategy Support – Contribute insights on lead performance, conversion gaps, and new channel opportunities.
- Team & Strategy Support – Help implement CRM tools, outreach workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
