To assist QA Manager in ensuring that hospital policies and procedures are properly controlled and maintained in accordance with the SIRIM ISO 9001 : 2015 and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standards. To ensure all request for new or revised procedure are processed timely before submitting for management approval. To register the Incident Report / P&P / Form received and update in the Tracker Status to show the whereabouts of the document. To email all approved P&Ps and Forms to the respective HODs. To assist in ensuring all recommendations made by the management on the incident reports are followed up and closed. To email all completed incident reports to the respective HODs for their further actions. To assist in carrying out Incident Report Analysis for HOD presentation to Management. To assist in facilitating the Quality Improvements Initiatives so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes within respective departments. To participate in Medical Record Audit organized by Medical Record Dept. To participate in hospital quality campaign i.e. Patient Safety Campaign, etc. To perform any other duties as and when required (applied to all staff). Requirements
Diploma in science or equivalent. Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in quality management system in the healthcare industry or any organization implementing the MSQH / ISO 9001 requirements. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in QC tools (flowcharts, fishbone, pareto diagram, etc.) for collecting data, data analysis, identifying root causes and problem solving.
