Accounts Manager

Overview :

Responsible for managing finance and accounting across all ELS Group companies. Reports to the Director of Finance and ensures accurate reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and cash flow for the Group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Manage audits, banking, and inter-company transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Enhance systems, processes, and internal controls for efficiency.
