Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Develop workforce planning strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Build strong employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and transparently.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
Performance Management & Development
Implement effective performance management systems and processes.
Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and career progression programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for decision-making.
Lead HR audits and ensure data integrity in HR information systems.
Change Management & Organizational Development
Support organizational change initiatives and transformation projects.
Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and values.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and organizational development frameworks.
Proven track record in managing HR operations in large or complex organizations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
