Job description

Company Background : Automotive Industry

Position : Store Supervisor

Location : Sg Udang, Melaka

Working Day : Mon - Sun (9am - 6pm) - 1 day off per week & 1 day leave per month

Salary : RM3,000 - RM4,000

Main Responsibilities

Oversee store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and track inventory
Coordinate stock transfers between branches as needed
Supervise and support branch staff on daily tasks
Handle product claims and warranty processes with suppliers and manufacturers
Report on branch performance, stock issues, and operational needs

Job Requirements :

At least 5 years of experience in store management, motorcycle or auto industry is added advantage

Willingness to travel between branches

Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories

Strong leadership and people management skills
