We’re expanding our e-commerce team to scale our online business — and we’re looking for an E-Commerce Executive who can help us grow sales, improve site performance, and manage daily operations across all online platforms.
Role Overview
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will manage and optimize Albert Wines’ online sales channels — including our official website (Shopify), marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada), and digital touchpoints. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, accurate listings, effective promotions, and seamless customer experiences.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure every product, campaign, and customer journey contributes to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Online Store Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Ensure product listings, pricing, inventory, and descriptions are accurate and updated.
- Coordinate product uploads, visuals, and content updates with the design and marketing teams.
- Implement bundle offers, promotions, and campaign setups across all platforms.
- Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, traffic, and customer trends.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve online store performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize digital ads, product visibility, and landing pages.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.Work with the finance team to track payments, reconcile sales data, and ensure accurate reporting.Provide customer service support (via email / WhatsApp) for online orders and inquiries.Compliance & Profitability
Assist in calculating profit margins and monitor discount structures to maintain healthy profitability.Ensure all product listings, campaigns, and promotions comply with company policies and local laws (e.g., alcohol-related marketing regulations).Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online operations.Proficient in Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable handling sales data and reporting.Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Passion for the wine, spirits, or F&B industry is an advantage.Why Join Us
