Job description

Requirements :

Required minimum Diploma qualification of any field. Candidates from any field are welcome to apply — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are our top priorities.
We are seeking candidates proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage when dealing with the Mandarin-speaking clients.
Friendly, professional appearance and comfortable with field work.
Own transport and willing to travel daily to different pharmacy locations.
Passion for health, skincare, or wellness products is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct regular visits to pharmacy outlets to build rapport with pharmacy staff.

Deliver product knowledge presentations to pharmacists and pharmacy assistants in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.

Train pharmacy staff on product benefits, usage instructions, and selling points to support customer recommendations.

Ensure brand visibility through placement checks, merchandising support, and in-store materials (e.g., leaflets, wobblers).

Gather market feedback and insights from pharmacy teams regarding customer responses, competitor activities, and product questions.

Support marketing or product launches by delivering updated information and samples (where applicable).

Maintain a visit and reporting schedule using provided tools or templates.

Assist in occasional in-store or roadshow events (if any).

Salary package :

Monthly basic salary, travelling allowance.

Monthly sales incentive.

Bonus
