Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports to handle day-to-day operations
• Attend to requisition relating to agency application, signboard and suspension / termination
• Support business function inclusive of cover note float allocation, reset password, uplift account, release lock, inter-branch transfer and etc
• Handle regulatory reporting to PIAM or BNM
• Handle agent reimbursement for printing costs and broadband charges
• Handle bill payments to system vendors (Financial Link, Merimen, Reward Link and others)
• Liaise with branches / stakeholders on agency related matters
• Any additional responsibilities as required on an ad-hoc basis

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
