About the Role

We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and play a key role in shaping the digital voice of Kay’s Steak & Lobster and other brands under Nasaa Capital.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that captures our brand story, builds our community, and drives sales. From ideating viral campaigns to managing social channels, you’ll be hands‑on in bringing our digital presence to life.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (photo, video, captions) across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Work closely with our creative and operations teams to produce content that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest social trends, tools, and algorithms — and translate them into creative brand opportunities.
