Senior Vice President, Transformation & Enhancement
reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and leads a team of six in driving the Group’s transformation agenda. This role is responsible for spearheading enterprise-wide change initiatives that enhance long-term competitiveness, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the Board, the SVP will oversee the design, execution, and governance of high-impact transformation programs aligned with both corporate priorities and national objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives to improve business performance, efficiency, and competitiveness. Partner with business leaders to identify gaps, opportunities, and priorities for operational, digital, and cultural transformation. Develop and implement structured change management strategies to ensure successful adoption across functions. Establish clear KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and governance frameworks to measure program success. Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and digital enablement initiatives. Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones. Act as a key liaison with senior leadership and stakeholders to align transformation with corporate strategy. Build organizational capabilities and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field; MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles within large corporations, consulting firms, or GLCs. Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs (digital, operational, cultural, or financial) with measurable results. Strong understanding of corporate governance, public-sector expectations, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to influence at Board and C-suite level with excellent communication and leadership skills. Budget : up to 45k / month base exclusive allowances
