Overview
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR transformation services to our clients. As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals. Your key responsibilities
Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements Prepare and conduct blueprint workshop Configure and perform unit testing on the system Document, resolve and escalate issues Develop Functional Specifications for FRICEW development Develop authorization design and matrix with business process owner Responsible for Key User Training Conduct final system cutover and data migration Skills and attributes for success

Minimum of 3 years SAP working experience in either support of project implementation experience in related SAP HCM, Successfactors.modules For project implementation role, you will need to have minimum one full lifecycle implementation of your core module Willingness to travel for project assignments Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting experience and background SAP, SuccessFactors Certification What we look for
