Responsibilities

• 4-9 years of payroll configuration experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Minimum of 4 years in implementation or client service
• Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors or similar as HR SOR
• S4HANA HCM implementations and configure modules (PA, OM, Payroll)
• Experience in Employee Central, Recruitment
• Payroll background
• Data mapping, translation, and conversion experience
• Previous experience in leading HCM integration teams such as Workday, Success Factors, Oracle and WFN as HR SOR
• Previous experience as an Integration and / or Interface consultant
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role
• Previous experience managing client relationships
