As our company grows, we’re looking for a Senior People Operations & Experience Specialist to build and scale core HR operations that directly shape a positive, consistent employee experience. This role is the backbone of our people function ensuring seamless execution across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll coordination to HR systems and compliance.

- Lead and manage end-to-end People Operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR processes.
- Serve as a trusted HR / People point of contact, advising employees and managers on various people-related matters including policies, benefits, and employee relations.
- Own the pre-onboarding to offboarding experience to ensure high-quality, timely, and human-centered touchpoints.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update employee data across systems (e.g., HRIS, EOR platforms like Multiplier), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a trusted HR / People point of contact, advising employees and managers on various people-related matters including policies, benefits, and employee relations.
- Support compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies across our operating regions (APAC, Europe, US, and LATAM)
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and contribute to strategic initiatives that scale our people operations and enhance employee experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, People Partnering or similar roles, ideally within start-up environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills—empathetic, approachable, and clearAble to work across functional areas and levels of the organisationThrives in fast-paced, growing environments with shifting prioritiesProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skillsHigh proficiency with Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides) and adaptable to various HR systemsStrong understanding of employment regulations, especially across global regionsStrong attention to detail, organisation, and data accuracyNice to Have :
