Job descriptionLocation : MS1 Hub, Port Klang Working hours : 6 days per week on shift (16 : 00–00 : 30 / 00 : 30–09 : 30) Experience in transportation / logistics coordination preferred Good understanding of transport management systems (TMS) Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (16 : 00–00 : 30 / 00 : 30–09 : 30) Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety procedures will be an advantage Annual review for promotion & increment Competitive salary package Good area for growth
Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor all transportation (Linehaul, Feeder) activities during the assigned shift.
- Schedule, dispatch, and track vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and pickups.
- Communicate with drivers, hub, and customers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of linehaul, feeder, delays, and incidents (abnormal).
- Update transportation management systems with real-time data.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Generate shift reports and hand over relevant information to the next shift.
