Technician - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and civil works.
• Perform general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing tasks according to standards.
• Troubleshoot and carry out hands‑on repair works promptly for any issues related to building structure or systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and report any abnormalities or unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on repair or maintenance works when required.
• Provide assistance during festive seasons, event setups, and marketing displays or decorations.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
• To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.
• To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.
