Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 2 years’ experience handling full set of accounts Familiar with SQL / Autocount / QuickBooks (preferred) Strong attention to detail and responsibility Able to work independently with minimal supervision Employment Type : Full-time Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on experience) Friendly working environment Annual leave, medical leave Staff discounts on skincare & health products
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive who can manage the complete set of accounts for our company.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
- Prepare monthly management reports , profit & loss, and balance sheet
- Manage invoices, payments, and petty cash
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB
- Support management in budgeting and cost control
