Job descriptionFollow up with internal teams to track project progress. Assist in preparing simple project updates and reports. Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments. Assist with meeting preparations, note-taking, and follow-up actions. Provide general administrative support. Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage). Organized, responsible, and able to follow up tasks consistently. Willing to learn about AI, technology, and business processes. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently when needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities
Sales Support & Client Management
- Assist in managing the full sales cycle—from lead follow-up to post-sales engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and update sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Assist in account management, ensuring existing clients are satisfied and identifying upsell opportunities.
