Job Description :
Position : Act as owner of contract management for specific account groups / projects in the rep office, support the sales business management process, responsible for contract document management.
In contract management for specific accounts / projects :
- Manage the contract fulfillment of the project, interpret the contract, and organize the contract handover.
- Execute the change process, resolve project disputes, promptly close the contract, and take responsibility for the contract fulfillment quality.
- Monitor the PO execution status, identify issues in a timely manner, and drive issue resolution.
- Execute billing and handle exceptions, ensure timely and accurate billing, and monitor customer acceptance.
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, International trade or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Project Management or Contract Management is preferred for this position.Able to understand key contract clauses (billing and payment, acceptance, change, penalty, etc.)Able to analyze exceptions. Customer-facing negotiation capability; Ability to coordinate internal departments' requirements.Able to manage PO fulfilment progress.Contract(s) position available.
