Assistant Manager, Mobile Application

to join our dynamic team. This role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, oversees end-to-end management of mobile and web application projects to ensure timely, quality delivery aligned with business needs.

Job Requirements :

Manage web & mobile development projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

Coordinate activities throughout the software development life cycle (Waterfall or Agile).

Able to plan the timeline for end-to-end project execution and assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Conduct workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze the requirements, provide strategic insights that drive better targeting to meet marketing and business objectives.

Communicate with stakeholders and manage project resources and environments to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

Collaborate with developers, quality assurance analysts and IT operations members to ensure seamless delivery.

Work closely with Project Manager / s to deliver agreed scope through managing business analysis activities.

Prepare project documentation such as User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, Test Plan, etc.

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Work closely with Product Owner(s) to maintain roadmaps, product backlogs and establish priorities.

Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor and project team.

Monitor project process.

Qualifications and skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System / or related field.

5-6 years of IT project management experience or Front-end such as iOS / Android (automotive, PMO, or mobile / web development is an advantage).

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector

Solid technical knowledge of software and web technologies; familiarity with Jira / Atlassian tools preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills with ability to work independently.

Enthusiastic, strategic, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
