Job Summary :
The Senior Education Counsellor is responsible for driving student recruitment efforts and supporting the University's marketing strategies through effective counselling, promotions, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves guiding prospective students, liaising with schools and agents, and contributing to marketing campaigns to achieve enrolment targets and strengthen the University's market presence
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of higher education marketing trends, student recruitment processes, and international education markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with students, parents, schools, and agents.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally for recruitment activities.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Job Description :
Act as the primary contact for prospective students and parents, providing accurate programme information and counselling on study options.Assist in developing, planning, and executing the University's marketing strategies.Support the preparation, monitoring, and execution of advertisement materials, publications, and digital marketing campaigns.Assist in planning and coordinating promotional activities, advertisements, and campaigns to raise brand awareness.Participate in education fairs, roadshows, school visits, and other marketing initiatives.Build and maintain close relationships with school counsellors to create recruitment opportunities.Manage and expand the network of local and international agents to support market growth.Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance recruitment channels.Analyse market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for strategy development.Contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment and marketing approaches based on market intelligence.Prepare reports on recruitment activities, marketing campaigns, and student enquiries.Assist the Head of Department and University Management with other duties as required.Job Type : Contract
