Job descriptionDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Manage social media channels and online presence to attract new leads. Organize product demos, seminars, and meetings for M&E consultants and developers. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, and sales decks. Collaborate with the team to identify new market segments and growth strategies. Update CRM for all leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth order processing and client communication. Prepare monthly sales reports for management review. Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate or Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided. At least 1–2 years of working experience in sales / marketing (experience in HVAC, air purification, or building solutions is an advantage). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools. Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation. Able to work independently and under pressure.

Sales :
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities from commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, HVAC companies, developers, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
- Follow up with prospects to close deals and maximize conversion rates.
