Inventory Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory reconciliation in SAP & WMS systems to ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Support order fulfillment for production, including picking, packing, and timely delivery of materials.
• Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
• Update all inventory movements in SAP / WMS and ensure records are always up to date.
• Monitor stock levels, highlight shortages, and prepare replenishment requests when needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic stock audits.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of materials in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to fulfill material requests.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly inventory reports for management review.
• Follow company safety, compliance, and quality procedures in all inventory activities.
