Job Responsibilities

Perform daily inventory reconciliation in SAP & WMS systems to ensure accuracy of stock records.
Support order fulfillment for production, including picking, packing, and timely delivery of materials.
Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
Update all inventory movements in SAP / WMS and ensure records are always up to date.
Monitor stock levels, highlight shortages, and prepare replenishment requests when needed.
Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic stock audits.
Ensure proper organization and storage of materials in the warehouse.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to fulfill material requests.
Prepare and submit daily / weekly inventory reports for management review.
Follow company safety, compliance, and quality procedures in all inventory activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Experience in inventory control, warehouse, or production support preferred.

Familiar with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong accuracy in data entry, reporting, and stock reconciliation.

Ability to handle pick / pack / deliver tasks and support production schedules.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
