About the role

As the Duty Manager at Wealthy Peninsular Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our prestigious hospitality establishment in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will see you overseeing the front office and guest services functions, providing exceptional customer service and leading your team to deliver an outstanding experience for our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Supervising and coordinating the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams to maintain high standards of service
• Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Monitoring and reporting on hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators
• Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and guest service initiatives
• Providing leadership, training, and development opportunities for your team
• Acting as the on-site representative of the hotel management, ensuring the property's image and reputation are upheld
