Job Summary :
As a Sales Advisor at Machines Sdn Bhd, you will be the face of the brand, providing outstanding customer service and expert advice on Apple products and accessories. Your role is to create an exceptional in-store experience by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Apple products, features, and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and maintained according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest Apple technology, promotions, and product launches.
- Support back-end operations, including stock handling and cashier duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive team environment.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail, or related fields is a plus.Prior retail or sales experience (especially in consumer electronics) is preferred.Passion for technology, especially Apple products.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, helpful attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Benefits :
