Overview

Retail Sales Specialist (Kuala Lumpur / Selangor) at SNS Network

Salary range : this range is provided by SNS Network. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers' needs.
Explain, provide appropriate recommendations and perform demonstrations on product features.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Achieve sales targets and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
Perform daily operation tasks such as sales reports, stock takes, etc.
Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Undertake any ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM / O level or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Customer service focus.

Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales-driven.

Keep up to date with product information.
