Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities.
- Arrange shipments, liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation for shipping, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Coordinate with warehouse team for stock movements, storage, and dispatch.Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.Support implementation of warehouse safety, efficiency, and operational improvements.Customer & Vendor Management
Act as the point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and logistics queries.Work with vendors, transporters, and service providers to maintain strong relationships and service quality.Resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and professional manner.Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and maintain accurate logistics reports (delivery performance, cost analysis, fleet utilization, etc.).Ensure compliance with all logistics, safety, and regulatory requirements.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels.Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding processes.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP / Logistics systems is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Job Type : Permanent
