Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Bachelorâs Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Results-Oriented, committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, positive working attitude & good discipline. Good computer literate Good knowledge of Autocount accounting Software is added advantage. Preferably can start immediately Group Insurance Coverage Dental & Medical Benefit Career Development and Advancement
Job Responsibility
- Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports.
- Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate of financial report and other related schedules.
- Familiar in AR & AP procedures and data entries.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial statements and any related reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.
- Enforce Company policies and procedures, where relevant or identified in any business transactions.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
