Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and coordinate engaging activities that promote students' intellectual, emotional, and physical growth.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for students, encouraging positive behaviour and personal development.
• Supervise and monitor students during after-school hours, ensuring they are engaged in productive and enriching activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, activities, and programme details.
• Ensure smooth administration, including invoicing and receipting payments from parents / guardians.
• Plan and deliver classes in line with the Malaysian Ministry of Education, Ontario Ministry of Education, and / or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme's guidelines.
• Develop and produce learning materials and instructional resources that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Engage in extra-curricular activities, including student counselling, marketing, and promotion of the school.
