Site Supervisor or Project Executive

Job description

We are looking for a Construction Executive / Site Supervisor who will provide efficient and effective site supervision to complete the project on schedule.

What are your job responsibilities?

• Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison / attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly site reports.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Arrange workers schedule and material deliveries / logistic arrangement.
• Responsible for project's correspondence and documentations.
• Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
• Handle & manage defect works.
• Attend to site issues or problems
• Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.
