Job descriptionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify and approach potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individuals Conduct market research to discover new sales opportunities and customer demands Maintain and grow strong client relationships for long-term business success Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels Produce engaging content for brochures, social media, newsletters, and websites Monitor marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results Conduct presentations and service demos to introduce tuition offerings Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the academic team to align product offerings with customer needs Gather and report customer feedback and market insights for continuous improvement Track and report on sales performance and market trends regularly Use CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and the sales pipeline Prepare weekly or monthly reports to update management on sales and marketing activities Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and goal-oriented with a passion for sales Able to work independently and manage time effectively Familiar with digital marketing and CRM systems is a plus Experience in education or tuition services is an added advantage Attractive commission structure Opportunity to grow with the company Supportive team and dynamic environment Hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions
