The Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of the company’s communication strategies by managing media relations, creating engaging content, and assisting in internal and external communication initiatives. This role ensures consistent messaging across all channels and contributes to enhancing the company’s brand presence and stakeholder engagement under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.
1. Media Relations
- Support media engagement by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Assist in organizing press conferences, media briefings, and other media-related events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management.
2. Content Creation & Creative Support
Develop, edit, and review communication materials including press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines.Assist in the creative development of campaigns, corporate events, and promotional materials.3. Social Media & Digital Communications
Help execute social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.Monitor social media interactions and respond appropriately under guidance from management.4. Internal Communications
Support internal communication initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and enhance employee engagement.Assist in managing communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and employee meetings.5. Event & Stakeholder Support
Assist in coordinating corporate events, product launches, and stakeholder engagement programs.Provide logistical and communication support for community outreach and partnership activities.6. Brand & Compliance Support
Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.Assist in implementing brand campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness.7. Research & Reporting
Conduct research to support communication strategies and campaign planning.Prepare reports and presentations based on communication activities and media monitoring.8. Other
To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.Possess 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or content development.Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.Basic knowledge of crisis communication and media handling.Familiarity with graphic design or multimedia content production is a plus.Application questions
