Internship – Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. You will work closely with our consultants to support the end-to-end recruitment process, develop sourcing skills, and understand employer–employee market dynamics in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in managing job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS / CRM).
• Support the preparation of candidate profiles, CV formatting, and interview summaries.
• Assist in employer branding activities, recruitment marketing campaigns, and job fairs.
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to the recruitment team.
