Job Scope

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities : job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding & offboarding processes (preparing documents, briefing new hires, collecting required forms).
• Assist in drafting HR letters (confirmation, extension, resignation acceptance, etc.) under guidance.
• Help maintain accurate HR records such as attendance, leave, and overtime.
• Provide support in payroll data preparation and checking (exposure to real HR / payroll process).
• Conduct research on HR best practices, labor law updates, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
