Duration : 3 – 6 months

Allowance : RM 600 – RM 700 / month

What You'll Do (The Exciting Stuff) :

• Lead Generation : You won't just be doing data entry. You'll learn to identify, attract, and recruit top talent across different industries.
• Culture Building : You'll play a key role in organizing employee engagement activities and help shape our positive remote work culture.
• Skill Development : You'll get hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR strategy. You'll even get to use your creative skills with tools like Canva and Capcut to help us create engaging content.
• Direct Mentorship : We're a small team, so you'll get direct exposure to senior leaders and learn the ins and outs of a professional working life.
