Your New Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing enterprise-level accounts and acting as a trusted advisor and influencer. In this role, you will identify and drive business growth opportunities through product penetration, consulting, and professional services. You will develop expertise in SaaS solutions and showcase their capabilities in solving client challenges. Engaging with clients to understand their needs, you will design tailored solutions and build business process workflows using SaaS platforms. By collaborating with work-level executives and business leaders, you will drive meaningful change and help clients optimise their business processes. Success in this role is measured by your ability to exceed business targets through strategic execution of sales initiatives.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
To excel in this position, you should have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with enterprise-level clients. A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and contracting, is essential. A positive attitude, strong motivation to achieve results, and eagerness to grow professionally will be key drivers of success. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to engage executives and business leaders effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to execute various sales strategies, including product demonstrations, referrals, cold calls, and email campaigns. Creativity and systems-level thinking will help you design effective solutions for client challenges. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
What You'll Get in Return
This role will initially be a remote working opportunity, until the office refurbishment has been completed. It will offer a salary of MYR 5,000 – 10,000 a month plus commission based on experience.

The position in the future will be office-based, with occasional client visits and participation in industry events. Working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
