About the Role
As an E-Commerce Marketing Senior Associate, you will take ownership of campaign optimization and insight delivery across multiple marketplaces. You will manage campaign performance end-to-end, analyze results, and work with managers to develop actionable strategies that improve sales and ROI for clients.
This role suits candidates who already have hands‑on marketplace ad experience and are ready to move from daily execution to data‑led performance improvement and client‑facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to achieve sales and ROAS targets.
- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement in keywords, targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
- Manage day‑to‑day ad performance and ensure proper campaign pacing based on client goals and platform benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery or tracking issues and propose corrective actions.
- Consolidate data from multiple platforms and prepare performance dashboards or reports.
- Translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Support managers in post‑campaign analysis and planning for upcoming promotions or mega sale events.
- Work closely with account managers and commercial teams to align marketing plans with sales objectives.
- Communicate campaign results and recommendations in review meetings.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are visually and strategically aligned.
- Support training of interns or new associates on campaign setup and platform tools.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and optimization guidelines.
Requirements
Two to three years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably within Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.Strong technical knowledge of marketplace ad platforms such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Shop Ads Manager.Proficiency in performance analysis using tools like Shopee Brand Portal, Lazada Business Advisor, or Google Analytics.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign data analysis and reporting.Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in problem solving.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.What You Will Gain
