Technician

Job Description :   -Understand a wide variety of technical issues of MandE, hardware, and facilities. -Diagnosis, troubleshooting and identifying solutions in a timely manner. -Deliver the best customer experience by adhering to the Company policies and procedures. -Provide hands-on technical services. -Plan and schedule repairs after identifying issues by inspecting buildings and equipment. -Provide first tier support to clients and escalate issues to the relevant vendor. -Identify, analyse and implement best solutions in emergency situations.
