Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment & daily OOS check at all touch points
• Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check
• Product hygiene & cleanliness
• Merchandising standards / guideline to maintain / defend Brand SOS
• Perfect execution & HQ compliance with strong ownership
• Maintain good relationship with outlet personnel
• Quality call coverage + implement quality BCP store visit standard process
• Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions
• Timely & excellence promotion execution - Setup, price & maintain display
• POSM deployment & disposal
• Accurate report tracking / on field data collection via FFAS - OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned
• To achieve agreed sales volume through sales ordering in the stores?
• To negotiate for better shelves facing and / or display area
