Reliability Engineer (Machinery)

Responsibilities

• Performs the monitoring of refinery machinery equipment, under the general direction of the superior to ensure continued safe and reliable operation of equipment.
• Investigates rotating equipment failures and checks compliance to established standards of practices and issues reports and recommends repair / corrective actions to equipment.
• Development and custodian of Machinery Equipment Strategies for fixed equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot rotating equipment failures, special corrosion or material problems, issue reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Risk Assessment related to Machinery Equipment. Ensuring consistent RA application for safe operations.
• Development of Machinery Annual Maintenance Plan and 5 Year Plan.
• Machinery Reliability Performance Improvement : Analyze and report Machinery Reliability performance metrics / KPI.
• Development of project deliverables for Machinery related projects.
