Position
Accounts Assistant Manager – to support daily financial operations at our KL branch. The role involves handling financial records and using XERO software.
Responsibilities
- Possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Support daily accounting operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle data entry, document filing, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record financial transactions and business activities using XERO Accounting System software.
- Provide assistance with ad hoc assignments and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Support the Finance team in preparing financial components of tender documents.
- Help manage and organize administrative and financial files.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
Qualifications
3–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian financial regulations.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.Experience with XERO Accounting System is an advantage.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.Application Questions
